Free Shipping – We ship worldwide for free by courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.). The shipments are fully insured by Karini Jewellery for your convenience and peace of mind.

Free Returns – Up to 30 business days from the date the jewelry was received contact us for a return. We will provide you with specific instructions so your return can be processed as fast as possible.

*Returns are not available for special orders or items that were engraved.

Money-back guarantee – Once the return has been received, it will go through an inspection by our Gemologist. We only accept items in perfect condition, in a brand new and unused state.

We will not accept any return if it shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. Once the item is checked and found acceptable for refund, please allow 48-72 hours for processing the payment.

Gift packaging – All our jewelry comes in a jewelry box and is ready to gift.

Free Engraving – On certain styles of jewelry, we are able to engrave a name or a short sentence onto the piece. Once an engraving is completed, this engraved item cannot be returned and the sale is final.
