Eligibility

By accessing, using, browsing and/or placing order through our site, you agree that you are of the legal age in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding legal agreement.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through the Website, we will send an email to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Orders placed through the Website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an email to confirm that the order has been received. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We also recommend that you save your order confirmation email to facilitate any contact with customer service or for future references. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund any payments we have received from you as soon as possible and within 14 days.

Prices, Taxes and Payment Terms

Prices and payment details of products are specified on the website. Payment can be made by credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Wire Transfer and/or as further described on the store. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, import duties and other government-imposed taxes, duties, and levies. Please note that when an order is shipped to a delivery address outside Israel, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected and regulated in your country. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Karini Jewellery Ltd has no control over these charges.

The User guarantees that the information submitted when using the Service, including without limitation, its payment details, shall be complete, correct, truthful and up to date. The User must inform Karini Jewellery Ltd immediately about any inaccuracies in the offer provided, including the price. Our banking services and payment gateways manage all of our banking transactions. We don’t store any credit card numbers. Your payment is handled by the payment gateways with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to them and cannot be read or accessed by anyone.

During the period of validity indicated in the offer for the product, the prices of the product will not be increased, except for price changes in VAT-tariffs. After such period, we are entitled to adjust price for any product(s). In such cases Karini Jewellery Ltd shall notify the User in advance. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Website or via the product itself.

Our Rights to Cancel/Reject Orders

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with us. We may, at our exclusive discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e­mail and billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

CANCELATION & RETURNS

Returns are free– You have 7 business days from the date the jewelry was received to contact us for a return. We will provide you with specific instructions so your return can be processed as fast as possible.

*Returns are not available for special orders or items that were engraved.

Money-back guarantee- Once the return has been received, it will go through inspection by our Gemologist. We only accept items in perfect condition, in a brand new and unused state.

We will not accept any return if it shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition. Once the item is checked and found acceptable for refund, please allow 48-72 hours for processing the payment.

Product Availability, Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Products on our online store through www.karini-jewellery.com are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced, the quantity or availability of a product may have changed just prior to you placing your order or other errors may be displayed on the product page. We will normally verify prices, availability and confirm there are no errors on the product page as part of our dispatch procedures.

Where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

Also, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on a product page. We reserve the right to rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty in the event there is an obvious and unmistakable error on the product page, in our reasonable discretion.

Promo Codes and Offers

Promo Codes and Offers are made at our sole discretion and are subject to time validity, a valid Promotional Code should be entered during the checkout process for a product to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase or after the expiration of the code will not be acknowledged.

Warranty

All jewellery comes with a  one-year warranty.  The quality of our products are in compliance with generally recognised standards in the trade as decided by an independent expert. Except as excluded in these Conditions or in the production description on the website, we will replace/fix defects in goods supplied by us which are due to manufacturing defects on the product itself. Other faults or parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page. In the message you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter.

Please note that replacements will be charged in the case of damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), damage caused by improper use or carelessness and damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, even during this warranty term.

Service Terms

1. Karini Jewellery Ltd at this moment grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service, under the conditions of these Terms & Conditions and for the duration of the Agreement.
2. The use of the Service is at the User’s own expense and risk. The User is responsible for meeting the technical and functional requirements, and using the electronic communication facilities that are necessary to be able to access and use the Service. The User will at all times bear the risk of loss, theft or damage to any of its data.

• Karini Jewellery Ltd will have the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to review, edit, limit, refuse or remove Content, products or to limit or refuse a User access to the Service. More specifically in the event the use of the Service, according to us, violates these Terms and Conditions.

Gift Terms & Conditions: Offer applies only to purchases over $1,000. This offer may not be combined with any other offer, cannot be applied retroactively, and applies to Karini Jewellery customers only. will receive 14K White Gold Natural Diamond Stud Earrings (0.16 Approx. ct.tw., G+ color, SI clarity). Karini Jewellery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the gift received. One pair of earrings is included per customer regardless of the number of qualifying purchases during the offer period. Limited quantities available and offer is while supplies last. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for refund, and will not be replaced if misplaced, lost or stolen. If an item(s) from the purchase is returned, and the value of the purchase that has not been returned is less than $1,000, then the earrings must also be returned. If the earrings have already been shipped to a purchaser who wishes to make a return, then the purchaser must either ship the earrings back to Karini Jewellery, or the retail value of the earrings will be deducted from the return credit. Karini Jewellery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to not provide the earrings in the event of any fraud or deception. Purchaser is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the earrings. Karini Jewellery is not responsible for Internet, telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. The offer terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply. This offer ends Dec.  31, 2021.

Jewellery of the month: Karini reserves the right to end or change this promotion at any time without further notice. The Jewelry of the Month deal is limited to one item per order. For wedding rings, carat weight (CTW) can vary depending on the size of the band.

Delivery

A delivery/collection note signed by you is proof of delivery/collection of the goods. The delivery Company will ask you to inspect the goods and sign a receipt as to the good condition. We shall reasonably endeavour to deliver the goods on the date stated in the order acknowledgement, but such dates are reasonable estimates only and the time for delivery shall not be of the essence.

We will not be liable to you for any unforeseeable loss, damage or expense you suffer which arises directly or indirectly from any delay in delivery of the goods which arises from circumstances outside of our control. Our delivery team (or affiliate company) will aim to contact you 24-48 hours before the date of delivery.

In the event that the Company is unable for any reason to fulfil any delivery of the goods on any estimated delivery date, the Company shall not be deemed to be in breach of contract or have any liability to the Customer.

If you fail to take delivery of the goods or we cannot deliver them because you fail to give adequate instructions, permission and/or access, our responsibility will end on the agreed delivery date and you will pay our reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage until actual delivery.

Loss or Damage in transit

Non-delivery must be notified to Karini Jewellery Ltd in writing within 48 hours from the date under the Contract. Damage to goods or any shortfall must be notified in writing by the Customer to Us within 48 hours of delivery. The Company shall be entitled to make good any shortage or non-delivery of the goods.

Failure by the Customer to comply with Conditions will render void any possible claim of any nature against Karini Jewellery Ltd.

Risk

Risk of damage or loss to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery, whether or not a signature of receipt has been obtained:

• Where the goods are collected by or on behalf of the Customer the risk shall pass immediately upon collection; or
• where the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery, risk shall pass to the Customer at the time when Karini Jewellery Ltd has tendered delivery of the goods.
